How much does delivery cost?
Freight depends on the final configuration, packing, quantity and destination. Send your country and postal code or port. Ask for the delivery term, freight, taxes and unloading responsibilities to be itemized. An estimate on another DSPR site is not a confirmed delivered price for your project.
Can I customize the size, colour and logo?
Yes. DSPR accepts enquiries for dimensions, colours, branding and layout changes. Share your footprint, site conditions, artwork and quantity. Feasibility, pricing, minimum quantity and production timing are confirmed for the agreed configuration.
How many guests can use a platform?
Furniture counts and platform dimensions do not establish a passenger rating. Request the final model’s rated load and permitted occupancy, including people and equipment, and confirm inflation pressure, mooring and operating conditions before ordering.
What warranty will my order have?
Ask DSPR to record the applicable warranty period, covered parts, exclusions and claim procedure in your quotation. Current DSPR sites show different general and model-specific warranty periods, so the written terms for your exact order should be confirmed before payment.
