Share your operating site early. The final specification should suit the water conditions, boarding method and day-to-day routine of your project.
Water site and access
Describe whether the platform will be used on a lake, in a pool or at a coastal location. Include exposure, available clearance and access from shore, dock or yacht. Ask for the approved mooring approach and operating limits for that exact model.
Load and inflation
Request rated load, permitted occupancy and specified inflation pressure. Include furniture, guests and equipment in the discussion. Four supplied chairs are a furniture count, not a rated four-person capacity. Use the product-specific instructions.
Setup, care and storage
Ask which pumps, ropes, boarding aids and repair items are included. Request inflation and assembly instructions, care guidance, packing dimensions and storage recommendations. Confirm the spare-parts process and agreed warranty before placing your order.
